THE CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY WATER DISTRICT (COWD) WOULD LIKE TO INFORM ITS VALUED CUSTOMERS THAT THERE WILL BE NO COLLECTION OF WATER BILL PAYMENT ON JUNE 15, 2022 (Wednesday) AS ALL COWD OFFICES (Corrales Avenue, Tin-ao Agusan Sub-Office & Kauswagan Shop) WILL BE CLOSED IN OBSERVANCE OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY?s CHARTER DAY CELEBRATION.

ALL COWD offices will be CLOSED in observance of the Eid'l Fitr and National/Local elections respectively.

Customers may pay their water bills, in part or in full, through any of the following:
